Looks like possible lash material.. sometimes called lash egg or salpingitis. Consider cutting it open and seeing what it looks like on the inside.

I agree, that could be lash material or it could be egg membrane from a odd egg seen in reproductive disorders, such as salpingitis. Here is some reading about lash material that contains membranes, parts of yolks, white, and exudate:

Thank you. Today more slimy stuff with blood seems sticky, Cocci? yet, vaccinated when chick for cocci when I got her one day old. she is 4 now.

Could you post a picture of that today? I would get some human calcium citrate with vitamin D tablets and give her 1 daily into her beak to swallow for the next week, to see if she starts laying a normal egg. Here is the calcium:
