My 5 week old turkey poult is displaying! (And a few questions.)

I have 3 that do it, they are 4-5 weeks old and are always strutting around or stretching their wings, they are pretty timid still though and the little buggers hiss at me when I pick them up, what they dont know is that hissing just gets them loved on for 10 minutes lol
