My 6 day old baby chick has no energy and has bubbles and foamy saliva

The chick got stepped on by its mom I’m not sure if it was intentional or not. Neck and a leg got stepped on and I’m pretty sure nothing was broken. He wasn’t very agile after that however. I thought he was gonna be okay because he was still fine yesterday just a little bit out of energy. But today he has 0 energy, can’t stand up, chirping a little, and foamy/bubbly saliva. Does anyone have any idea on how to help him?

Try feeding him some water mixed with electrolytes or honey through a syringe or dropper, helped my less energetic chicks, is he eating and drinking? Listen to his breathing for crackles or weakness, if you hear that he might have respiratory issues from being trodden on, pictures of him and the saliva might help

He is refusing to eat from yesterday. Eyes closed, little to no strength, breathing is fine? I’m not too sure because this is my first time raising chickens. He like opens his mouth and stretches his neck every so often. He can’t to sit on his legs so he is laying on his side. He also has floppy legs. So I have put some put like the YouTube videos.

If he isn’t eating and drinking at 6 days that’s an issue, try putting sugar water along the edge of his beak, it will trigger him to swallow some water, you could also try liquifying some food and doing the same thing, is he too hot? Opening and closing mouth and stretching could be a sign of that

Do you have it separated and are you keeping it warm with a heat source? I would keep offering sugar water and mushy wet feed, or egg, and observe. It may have internal injuries. Gasping is not a good sign. Let us know how it gets along tonight, and I hope it makes it.

I’m sorry he seems in pretty bad shape, hopefully he pulls through, but you need to try getting some energy into him

He is not hot, he is slightly cold. He hasn’t been eating since yesterday. I am able to kind of force feed him water.
