Thanks everyone for the replies! The pictures I posted were taken at the beginning of summer. Since then I have buried wire around the base of the coop just in case. Also we do lock them in the coop at nightime to protect from predators. I used chicken wire because it was free but I am on the lookout for something sturdier. So far this summer we haven't had any problems.

I just took some pictures which show the birds and a wind break I installed on the back of the run.

This girl is hanging out in one of the nest boxes this morning. Hopefully she is working on our first egg! How come it's so hard to wait?

I'm going to add some snow boards around the run this winter and some sort of covering to keep it dry. All in all, it's been a blast building it. I think I'm going to be a lifelong chickener!
