My 7 week old chicks are dying. :-(

I've have now lost 2 chicks and another looks sick.

Symptoms:
They walk around with their necks pulled in.
I found one the other day, just laying on the ground, could hardly keep its head up.

No puffy eyes or coughing or wringing of its neck.
When they are walking around, the do stretch their neck out slightly to peck at things on the ground.


Any thoughts on what it might be?
