A couple of my chicks have started sneezing and now when I gave them water when they shake their heads a watery mucus like liquid came out of their beaks. I'm not sure what to do. I had given the whole flock tetracycline for 2 days after the first one started sneezing, however 2 more started and now this. I'm not sure what to do next.

2 days worth of antibiotics only creates resistant infections (which is not a good thing).

If you want to dose with antibiotics keep it going for 10 days minimum.

Having said that, my chickens have had nasty colds, so nasty I could hear them wheezing from 12 feet away, and they got over it.

7 to 10 days, but if you dosed them a while ago you need to switch because the antibiotics you used aren't effective anymore.

It was just yesterday. Today is the first time I didn't give it to them. It goes in their water so I have just been letting them finish it then give more. I should take away the fresh water and give them the medicated stuff? Should I be worried that more of them are getting it even though they are drinking the same medicine? Should I give them new medicated water even if they don't finish the half gallon they already have?
