My 8 week olds are getting sick all of the sudden.???

They have been of medicatesd started from day 1 and they were on the ground at 4 weeks. They still have a light, I just took the heat light away over this last week and was trying to wean them off of it totally. They have a 100 watt light over nght now in one corner of the brooder cage. They are only locked up at night. All day they play in the barn and mingle with the old flock. The systms seem to be exactly what the medicated food is suppossed to prevent. But their eyes seem to be very watery and maybe a little pusy? Should I put them on an antibiotic. I have already culled 2 of them. They were about half gone anyway. This has just happened.. Did I take the light away too soon. Its been 50 and 60s during the day and high 30s to 40s at night. But they do have a 100 watss over night. What is a good antibiotic? I have had no luck with terramycin or duramycin-10 in the past. Its hard enough to get a vet out here to look at livestock. So calling a vet is out of the question. Thanx for any advice.

I think it is Mareks. One of the pullets pupil is totally large and weird looking. there is no cure to that either is there? I think the dirt floor is what is giving it to them. Would raking it out and liming it and watering it down help?
