My 9 month old pullet is showing signs of yellowish pigment on( cheeks) and feet?

On her face, not from inside?
If from inside, I'd find another vet.
Took your advise. Got another vet. Did a fecal check. It was negative. Turns out she was mounting...this pic was taken about 5 days after the original post. Her face is now getting red again and it seems she is getting feathers again on head and neck. Her yellowish pads are normal but not “correct” for her breed. Seems some Orpingtons carry a recessive gene. Guess I never actually noticed her feet before...however they are not as yellow as they were 3 weeks ago?? Otherwise she’s great..but not laying any eggs. Lol. Live and learn!

Thanks for the update! It's nice to know what was really going on, after we all made various guesses :)
Alls well that ends well...I appreciated all the input. I was afraid she had some strange disease! Not! Thank goodness
