My Americana pullet has been showing rooster traits

I bought a amercuna pullet and I mean like it has never made a crow at all it sounds like the rest of my pullets the only behavior I see is it jumping only on my guinea fowl and it sometimes tries to peck the others I am not saying your wrong but it is confusing because I bought a pullet and she was marked as a pullet at tractor supply

If it does end up being a cockerel do you guys have any tips to help make sure it doesn’t start getting aggressive with people
It's an Easter egger, not a real Ameracauna and 100% cockerel.
The hatcheries are under high stress this year with people panicking over egg prices, many birds were mis labeled or mis sexed.
Aggression is a permitted behavior , if it's inclined to be aggressive and allowed to do it.

Was that the problem?
I thought they were just taking advantage of the panicking.

What about this BOY? He was sold to me as an Americana female. Does he look like an Americana? I didnt find out until I heard a cock a doodle do at 9 weeks! What breed? I see no scarf?!

He's some sort of Easter Egger. Most "Americanas" tend to have muffs since they were bred from true Ameraucanas, but not always. Based off of his build I'd say he looks more like a Prairie Bluebell than an Americana.

Could be but I doubt it. Especially for a reputation based business, doing it on purpose seems like a good way to further alienate your customers
My son in law manages a local farm store. They also get their chicks from Hoover's. He is far from a chicken pro. They had 6 bins and stocked 2 breeds in each bin. Whatever Hoover's sent any given week.
I was waiting all spring to hammer him screwing them up. Never did. Every week I'd check and never saw any mislabeled. Non mis sexed I have no idea.

It’s an Easter egger there’s no such breed as Americana it’s either Easter egger or Ameraucana and true and cost more then a few bucks.
