My Australorps are Total Pains!

My Australorps are demons too! I would never purchase them or the Delaware ever again. I have problems with integrating in my flock because they are nothing but total pains! They tear up each other for no reason and chase my Buff Orpington 24/7 and drew blood from her back to her comb. Even my Red Sex Links are a million times better. My Delaware hen is so assertive she ended up being the boss over a big rooster. She had attacked him one day for no apparent reason and they both ended up in a big fight. Before I could end it my Delaware was already chasing him around since she was the new alpha. It's funny to see a small hen chasing a big rooster around, I was definitely surprised!

I have to say I really am surprised.

I have had many in my flocks over the last 23+ years with great success.

I really am sorry that not all of them are wonderful.
