There is actually 2 gone. One near my house one near the flight pen. I am thinking that if I don't catch them tonight they are done, toast, gone. Lets hope that they come back.

Hi, here are a few of my run pic's with brush(small maple tree's/huckle berry bushs) growning inside the flight pens..You can see the recycled x-mas tree's to..

Turkey run side

The turkey and pheasant pens run right next to each other and each side is 25x100x8ft

ive been donating eggs(pheasant and bobwhite) to the one local game club now for the past coupkle weeks and the other day the one fella dropped off a piece of flight top netting for free..100x50 in excellent cond..looks like i may end up adding on to the pens. same stuff i use from cutlers

We took are Pointer out because the lab did nothing but run around chasing robins. She immediatley went on point but the crafty pheasant ran from her. At a last resort she lunged for the pheasant. The pheasant flew up into the air but not to high because I was there with the net and quickly swooped it over him. What a great dog.

They are still young. I am fearing the day that I have to go into a pen filled with 25 adult pheasant.

Na..they wont hurt you..mine are very freindly ask anyone who has been here. almost like skiddish chickens they are.....

charlie, mine hiss when I pick up their waterer. They are not doing that now though. That pen works wonders on them.
