After two weeks of building an appropriate sized coop and run, an arduous journey to get them (3.5 hours one way), and my camera taking a complete dive on me...
We finally have pictures (although the sun was failing... stupid sun..)!
This is Big.. called that for obvious reasons..
Girl, do you see that man!?
Mmmhmm... He thinks he's alll that...
Mucho gusto. I am muy caliente!
[For some reason, he looks like he would speak Spanish in this photo...]
Man-child... I've been listening to their cackling all day.. Can I PLEASE go visit the goats?
In order for me to get the entire group of hens from a friend of mine, I had to also take her other roosters. Unfortunately I do not have the room to pair them off as I would have liked, so Big is going to be staying here. The other two will have to find some new homes in the future..
The Splash Rooster does not have a name. I think he is absolutely gorgeous
. I totally wish I had enough room!
The Black cockeral follows the Splash Roo around like a lost puppy. I have taken to calling him "Little Guy" as in "Is that Little Guy bothering you?". Here's a picture of him following the Splash Roo around like a puppy...
Hey man.. I asked you a question!
I can't hear you!!
And then various shots of the hens..
Big managing his flock..
