My babies finally came today!

These are from Mypetchicken.com I was worried today at 9 when post master called and said they weren't on the truck. But a hour later he called and said the found them? Oh well I was just happy they showed up by the second day. They sent me a extra chick too a delaware. Only ordered 4 they sent me 5.

Hey Poison Ivy,
I got mine too! Like you, I called the post office this morning and they said they didn't come in but called me two hours later and said they were here! I ordered three and got five! They are all doing great. Yours are beautiful!

I was getting worried that they would be 3 days and then they would be getting cold. The heat pack in mine wasn't even warm and they had all but one breathing hole covered by postal stickers. But they took to drinking the water and eating both chick starter & the gro-gel. I only had one with a pasty butt and it look like it had just started. They are running around like crazy. But they look older then a couple days they already have good size wing feathers growing?

No not yet. I had to leave work this morning to get them and left them with my sister and flew back to work. I'll post them tonight. Do I need to give them grit? I'm new at this! what is gro-gel? They are eating and drinking though. They are so darn cute!!!

I left work early to so I could pick them up. But I live 40 miles from my job so I just stayed home!

So adorable!!! My first chick babies come on June 4th. I can't wait!
I thought I had everything I needed but now I am going to run out and find some gro-gel. Sounds like good stuff!
