This is all so new to me. 6 months ago all my knowledge of chickens was some laid white and some laid brown eggs. Didn't have a clue there were so many breeds. The 3 I got out of the red pullet bin at tsc the other day has stripes going down their back too. I looked at the Meyer site and it says the golden buff also known as Golden Comet, Golden Sex Link, Cinnamon Queen, and Red Star.

Adorable babies!!! The little black ones look like they might be Barred Rocks and the last little brown one could be an Easter Egger (most hatcheries call them Ameraucana, but that's not really what they are). It's a little hard to tell from the pics. They sure are cute little buggers!!

At least those are my guesses. I just got each type a week ago and they looked the same.
