my babies progress

Well both of my little chicks w/deformed feet seem to be coming around.Cindy is getting better and is eating and drinking now.I put her in a clear tuperware container inside the brooder w/her mean little sister Margaret that way they can see each other but Margaret can't peck at her.And Cindy seems to be getting stronger.Both have their little boots on! I am not going to take them off right away but I was wondering how long they should be wearing them?I know Cindy has had to have hers changed alot she has gotten it wet several times.It does seem to be helping.Thanks for all the help.

Glad they are getting better and hope they continue it! I have no ideas on the boots.

I was given advice on the boot concept to, and it was suggested I leave it on until it falls off on its own - no skin or feathers get torn out that way.
