I have 4 total,2 in one nest that are about 2.5wks 1 in another about 1.5wks and 1 in the last 4d old.When they start to leave the nest will the adult males harm them on the floor

Territorial cocks may try to hurt the babies.. Just keep an eye out. You could make sure they have places to hide or get away from the older birds. Is this a breeder loft or are all of your birds together?

put a low shelf in for the babies to hide under until they eat by themselves
