Ok, so I had one EE hen that hatched out 3 blue slate turkey eggs. I put this mama hen and her babies in a smaller pen by themselves. Then I had to help 6 eggs hatch under another EE hen. Out of the 6 that I helped, only 2 made it.I tried to put this hen and her babies with the others but the first hen would have nothing to do with the others and tried to kill the babies so I put them back in the main coop.
However, the EE hen that hatched them has apparently lost her babies to these 2 cochin hens. they are sure going to look funny in a couple of weeks when their babies are as big as they are.
