My baby chick won't eat or drink what do I need to do

Are they walking around and just need a little assistance with learning how to eat and drink? Or are they ill and staying under the heat? How old?

How old is it? Do you have pics? Where is it from? Are there other chicks or is this a singleton? What are you trying to feed it? Does it have pasty butt? Is it in a brooder with heat? If so, what kind of brooder/heat? Need more info, please.
