That's because TSC makes Dumor. There was a thread on here recently that was titled something like, no more TSC feed for me. I've never tried it but evidently a lot of people don't like it. I know, you have 3 little critters and a huge bag of feed.
I don't know what the problem is, but I'll tell you some things I would try. I'd give them a little plain live culture yogurt every day or twice a day. Gets good gut flora going, they will love it when they figure out it's good. You might have to mix a bit with a little of the feed to get them to try it. A little applesauce mixed in will also encourage them and is good for them (one baby food jar of the stuff lasts a while.) I'd keep my eye out for other protein sources, like a pinch off your hamburger, or a bit of cooked egg.
I'd also check them closely, at night, for lice and mites. Look around their vents for tiny bugs or tiny eggs on the feather shafts or at the base of the feathers. Pick up some poultry dust at the feed store if you see any.
Maybe boredom is part of it. You could hang something like a cabbage wedge or broccoli stalk from the top of their run.
Are the cats frightening them? You might want to talk to the neighbor about keeping her cats in her own yard.
Were they vaccinated for cocci? Dumor feed is not medicated so they could have picked up too big a load. What does their poo look like? Have you seen the poo chart?

Let me do a little more research....
