When I got her I didn’t notice anything wrong but recently I’ve noticed this red lump on her beak and it’s been getting worse. Does anyone know what it is or have any remedies?

I started putting some neosporin on two days ago when I noticed it was getting worse and it looks like it slowed down. She is still eating, drinking, and happy, the only odd behavior is she constantly tries to wipe her beak as if she is bothered by itTry dabbing a small amount of triple antibiotic ointment on it for a few days. Make sure she's not rubbing it on something and you'll need to keep the other chicks from pecking at it. Though I hate to separate chicks this young, this one might need to be kept by herself to allow this wound to heal. Make sure she stays warm and is eating and drinking.
Does it feel hard like the rest of her beak, or kind of squishy? I wonder if it's an abscess or blood blister. I know ducks/ducklings can get them on their bills. Not sure about chickens though.I started putting some neosporin on two days ago when I noticed it was getting worse and it looks like it slowed down. It’s hard but not as hard as her beak but it looks like it’s drying up so I think it might have been a scratch or something that caused a blood blister because it shrunk a bit and is turning a darker red like a scabDoes it feel hard like the rest of her beak, or kind of squishy?
