Is it normal for my chick to start pip on the other side of the air cell .. there’s a crack in it caused by its self is that okay and also it’s day 20?!! IS THAT NORMAL HELP !

Is it the egg at the top of pic #1? That's an ok pip location. The air cells draw down a lot after lock down, so it is most likely in the air cell. If it's not, there's nothing you can do about it, anyways. Pipping at day 20 is perfectly normal. If you listen, you may hear that one or some of the others tapping on the egg shell, or softly peeping. Sometimes you can see the egg rocking a bit. Now, you have a very important job to do: You can look in the little window. Wipe the nose prints off as needed. Tuck your hands in your pockets so you won't be tempted to open the bator. Now is a good time to de-clutter and scrub your house from one end to the other to keep you from interfering with the very important job those babies have to do.
