She was laying before and has stopped

Did she stop recently, just before these symptoms?

She looks pretty tame, sitting in your lap. Could you gently feel her abdomen, and see if it is normal, or if you feel any hard lump, especially near the vent?

She's always been a lap chicken. No lumps I can find. Crop feels ok. But is dirty from diarrhea but not blocked. Just made her a bed inside with food and water.

Good that she is so tame, she won't be stressed out by you handling her. You could try the warm soak in Epsom salts in a dish pan to clean her up -- dry her off good even with a blow dryer on low if you have one. The extra warmth can't harm her, just not too hot. Keep her warm, give her some electrolytes in her water if you have it, if not some Gatoraid is ok. Keep her hydrated, that is the problem with diarrhea, and it causes weakness if they dehydrate. Maybe you should try putting Sav-a-Chick Electrolyte and Probiotics in her water and also use VetRx.
