my baby phoenix cant hold its wings up

I got this silver phoenix about 2 weeks ago, and overall she is about 5 or 6 weeks and sense I have had her she wont hold her wings up properly, they drag on the ground but she can use them fine and the male holds his up to his body, she is smaller than him could it be possible she is to small for her wings or is something wrong with her? he never did that and I imagine they both had the size wings, should i be concerned?

This is often a sign of weakness. I would look carefully to see if she appears ill.

psuedomonas or stunting syndrome, try an antibiotic or a b vitamin, in drinking water or even garlic in olive oil oral dosing with syringe.

she does not appear to be ill, she acts just fine and is eating, drinking and playing with the others, she can also fly very well, she is one of the quickest we have.
