I got my black swedish from them 3 weeks ago. I know they say birds other than chickens come from off site but I didn't know it meant out of state. Since I am close to them I usually get them the next day and was freaking out and I usually get called about my chicks from the PO 90 miles away but they came all the way to my local PO and were postmarked in CA. I love my ducks and they are happy and healthy.

I just got the call from the post office! They are here!!! I'm so excited. I was feeling like an expectant father all morning.

The black is a girl. Her name is Ella.

The chocolate is a boy as yet unnamed.

I just had some runners hatch.. I love these guys!!!!

I received 13 runners from Murray McMurray three weeks ago. I lost one within 24 hours -- it never got the hang of eating or was sick to begin with. The other twelve are doing great and growing like WEEDS. They love sprouts. Today, I may try feeding them some apple bits. I would say they were about 4-5 inches big when I got them and now are well over a foot tall. I call them all by the same name right now--Bozo.
I had a hard time getting the leg rings off. I waited a week to take them off. Next time, I will do it sooner.
