There are none in her mouth only the side of the 1 on her beak xx

Okay, good, it's probably just dry fowl pox then. The one in the picture had wet and dry pox.

Right I've researched fowl pox and I need to clean spots with sulphur powder but don't know where to get it from or what can I use instead xx

When I had pox here I used iodine on the scabs.
