My baby's face is red!!! What's wrong??!

I'm not quite sure I believe she could be a he. These are a sexed pullet batch from Tractor Supply, the boys are horribly murdered from the pullet section.
But what caused the redness to fade in and out like that? And why do I notice her panting in the house when the others don't?
They can fade due to the heat, red heads are a sign of good health and when they get some age to them as they grow there heads turn red. All my chickens have strawberry red heads both cocks and hens
 
I have already turned their light off for tonight. I will check her crop tomorrow morning. Nothing obscures her breathing. I don't hear any wheezing or gasping coming from her. She just peeps a lot! :rolleyes::love
 
She's still doing the same way. It's like when her face turns red she'll pant. None of the other chicks are doing this! Could she be running fever by any chance?
