My baby's face is red!!! What's wrong??!

I'm not quite sure I believe she could be a he. These are a sexed pullet batch from Tractor Supply, the boys are horribly murdered from the pullet section.
But what caused the redness to fade in and out like that? And why do I notice her panting in the house when the others don't?

They can fade due to the heat, red heads are a sign of good health and when they get some age to them as they grow there heads turn red. All my chickens have strawberry red heads both cocks and hens

I have already turned their light off for tonight. I will check her crop tomorrow morning. Nothing obscures her breathing. I don't hear any wheezing or gasping coming from her. She just peeps a lot!

She's still doing the same way. It's like when her face turns red she'll pant. None of the other chicks are doing this! Could she be running fever by any chance?
