sorry haven't updated in a while. Got a partridge chantecler Rooster and 2 more hens a little while later some animal (we suspect either a fox or a fisher) got in and took of with one of my hens I think one of the original 2 also forgot to say at the same time a hen was broody an he (the predator) pretty much destroyed the nest after that i moved them to a more secure place although it was my fault that I lost the hen because i left the door open that night no more broody hens since then they started to lay their eggs outside I found one of their nest but they stopped laying in it so for now their are locked for a while, stay tuned for another update

Still no eggs this morning but it is still early in the day so hopefully they will lay some later today.

Ya I do to, I think I need to put a light in their shed to extend daylight.
