Well that stinksHi thank you for asking! One chick hatched on day 24& (which was yesterday) and the other two eggs haven’t pipped at all.![]()
Here at the two eggs that haven’t pipped yet. It’s day 26 today. Can someone please tell me if they’re still alive. ThanksCan you candle and post a picture of the other eggs?
I can't tell you if they are alive or not. As long as they don't stink, give them some more time. The one on the right should internally pip very soon. The one on the left isn't quite there yet. I'm guessing your temp wasn't what you thought it was. Here at the two eggs that haven’t pipped yet. It’s day 26 today. Can someone please tell me if they’re still alive. Thanks
Thank you! They don’t stink... well at least not yet. And yeah I was doing some research before I put them in the incubator and it said that because they’re bantam eggs they needed a lower temperature. I did as the article said and maybe that’s why they’ve taken so long to hatch. I then realized my mistake and changed the temperature to 38c (100.4f according to google)I can't tell you if they are alive or not. As long as they don't stink, give them some more time.
