My Bantams wont eat

My rooster is finally eating a lot again, today was the first day i saw him eat until he was full. But hey i wanted to ask you guys have any of you bought chicks from cackle hatchery? And if so hows the quality of the chicks when they grow up?

They are supposed to be a large docile quiet bird. Instead I got small noisy birds that don't really even look like the breed, except for color.
A couple years ago I ordered RIR's from them and they were very nice, they looked and behaved just like they were supposed to.

I wanted to get some oeg bantams. I think theyre all going to be straight runs so im guessing its just going to be the luck of the draw? Anyways tammy where you from in the central valley im from there too. Im in merced.
