My Bantie ran away :(

My bantie figured out how to escape my coop and run, for days she would pop in and out with no problem once night fall came she would be right back in the coop. Yesterday a neighbor came over from across the street and said she spotted her, I went over chased her for a bit, but she flew two yards away and I couldn't get to her.

I was hoping she would just come back, but she hasn't.

Any other tips or tricks to get her to come back?

just keep an eye out for her, there really is no way to force a chicken to come back but unless she got eaten she will probly come back poultry have really good scence of direction even thow they dont act like they do.

Well I saw her yesterday, but she never came back. I managed to find a squirrel/rat trap from have a heart, think if I baited it with food she'll be heavy enough to set it off? I know she's managed to survive for 5 days without feed and such, but she's becoming more and more skittish of people.

She was coming and going from a breach in your coop? Is it fixed? Was she entering in the evening thru the breach?

Yes she was getting out through the run, no she has not been back. Yes it is fixed.
