The most beautiful Australorps that I have ever laid my eye's on flew the coop one last time.... She was model quality and she always hated it when I took her eggs or any other hens eggs. She was always the first to fly out my coop, but today she didn't come back. I think a bobcat took her, shortly after her flying out at 8am, I heard the other chickens squaking. I wish her the best, where ever she is.
My other girls were never quite as daring as her. She was definatly a looker and I'll miss her much.... wish I had pictures to share. I looked around the place and found no feathers, I usually see bobcats and coyotes, and hawks out almost every day. She was only 6 months old....
