Just wanted to share some pictures I took of my 2 month old Welsh Harlequins today! I'm new to owning ducks and we just love them!

Oh yeah, 4 females 1 male. The one with the darkest head is the male. His name is Gene Parmesan

Hmm. I have to pick two from a pen with four in it tomorrow. They are still young and would have liked to have taken a pair. I don't know if they have developed enough colouring yet to be able to sex them. Oh well, I guess ill have to take my chances!

If I remember correctly I could tell the difference at 4 weeks, but when I got them at 3 days old I couldn't tell at all if it wasn't for the banded feet from the person who sexed them. One female had a head almost as dark as the male, which was will pretty light, at a few weeks old too.

Truly gorgeous! I love my WH female. Can't wait to get more WH now that we have a farm!
