I have 3 bell pepper plants......1 in being chewed on, with each little tiny pepper being eaten before it gets bigger than my thumbnail, the middle plant is fine but without fruit and the 3rd has a fairly large pepper on it already that is blemish-free.

What on earth is eating the first plant? It chews the leaves and the tiny fruit. I haven't been able to find any insects.

Then, what do I do to get rid of the problem? I don't want to spray any chemicals on my plants.

The tiny peppers are being eaten from the bottom up towards the stem, munched off evenly (but with visible "mouthfuls") and the leaves are just gone at the stem.

Don't know but maybe ;;;mouse/rat,bird ,possibly slug but they have never bothered mine, they always after my strawberrys.Let us know when you find out...cva34

Do you have mulch, pine needles, or dirt under your plants? Bugs like to hide in things like pine needles and they will come out and eat your peppers. If you want to find out whats eating them you should put some beer in a shallow dish under the peppers. If it is bugs then you will have tuns of bugs in the dish after a day or two. If you know its bugs then put some soapy water on your plants. Bugs hate soap. If its not bugs then put out a hav-a-hart trap and catch whats eating your peppers.
