Shellyd2008- Yup, thats pretty much what they all do, take your money, give you promises, and then do nothing. They simply arent in the business to actually market, or sell, any products. They really wont help you get anything to a point where you can even get a royalty. You just need to do your research, and try to do most of it yourself. There is alot of free info out there- if you want to see if your idea has a patent already- go to www.uspto.com and do a search.

If you have any questions, just go ahead and ask, if I know the answer, I'll tell ya, if not, I might be able to send you in the right direction! Oh, and, I dont want you to share your idea with me (and you should NEVER tell anyone your idea until you have a provisional patent sent in, that helps protect you as the first inventor of a product) I just love to help if I can!

So, what did you think of the comercial? I still think my clothes were wrong and the makeup was too heavy.

I know, right?!?! The lady who did that voice over was about 9 months pregnant and did it out of a little studio nearby. I think she had done some work for Disney before. She's a real sweetie. We do need to do some tweaking on the whole thing, from the actors dialoge to the voice over script. I cant wait till next week when we see how our tiny test did!
