I fed mine before work at around 7 am this morning...2 eggs - 3 more where in the box when I got home at 5 pm - and two more when I put them to bed at 8pm. Mine dont all lay in the morning- I do have some young ones just starting to lay- and they can take a while to get into a routine- they were the two who laid late this evening. I spent a morning in the shed with one of my girls recently who laid at around ten in the morning - I took some lovely photos of her while she was making her nest. Although their bodies do get into a routine..ducks cant tell the time...so they will at times lay at any time of the day.
