My birds have swollen eyes and running noses HELP

My birds have been experiencing some issues lately. They started with swollen shut eyes, sneezing, runny noses. I have gotten most of them better but I seem to have a few that are not getting better. I have used vetx but I feel these other birds need something more. The birds are legs horns (7 months old) Barred Rocks (6 months old) Australorp (6 months old) Golden comet (7 years old). These are the types of ones showing these symptoms. Does anyone recommend something to use?
