My birds nap in the nesting boxes...

& are fillin' them with poop! What can I do to prevent them from nappin' in their nesting boxes during the day? I cover them at night...

Do they have any kind of roost higher than the nest boxes?

I do...built it myself outta spruce pole...not a one will roost on it...
