My black chick with brown stripes on chest

This bird attacked me and is always very bold. But I don’t know if it’s female or male nor do I even know what breed it might be I have two and they are 9 weeks old. Does someone know what breed or sex my black chick might be. I call her squacker cause that’s what she does if I try to pick her up.
