My Black Sex link has a growth of some sort

I am pretty new to this raising of the girls and I have a black sex link that has formed a growth about 1 to 1 1/2 in circumference just in front of her right wing under the skin. Has anyone seen this kind of thing before? I have grown quite fond of my girls although they are being raised as food. I still want to take care of my investment and want them all to have a happy life. Please any kind of ideas would be great thank you all so much and God bless.

Firstly, how old is the chick?

Secondly, was she a vaccinated chick when you got her?

This might be an innoculation reaction.

i would love to post some pictures but i haven't figured out how just yet. She is about 4 weeks old. I got her from one of the feed stores here locally. I have gotten most of my chicks from them and have had great luck with them. This is the first thing thats happened with one of them. I will keep trying to post pictures
