My Black Sex Link isn't laying

She's been doing this about two weeks now. She's always in a bad mood, when normally she is really outgoing. She is one year old. We feed them chicken crumble. Is she sitting or is something wrong with her?

I have had two experience when my chickens werent laying, one time it was worms and the other time the my chicken was molting and when she was molting she was in a bad mood all the time and wouldn't even let me touch her when normally I can pick her up.....
