My blacktail hen

Started laying at 23 weeks ,but she has only had 1 day off..this cannot be good for her can it? my other two,a white ranger,and sky line take a few days off a week.Shes a very happy hen,loves to chat to all the time...just worried that its going to make her ill.Anyone eles had this.
