Gorgeous! I have a blue pullet as well, our best layer!

About the pigeons: I don't agree, they don't all look the same. They're actually very much comparable with these blue pullets; they all differ, sometimes it's a minor difference, but they really don't look the same. We have many pigeons in the garden and they all have different wings and colours. I think this one is pretty recognisable anyway; she or he is really big..

Whoa...your hens are beautiful!!! I love how each feather looks so distinct. Are they pretty tame?

They are beautiful! I love how even their faces are blue-tinted.

We also have a rescue pigeon that stays in our back yard. It's solid white and the only one in our yard, so I know it's the same one in this case.

I think I may have just found a home for him with another BYCer who has pigeons, so I am excited about that!

Your chx are beautiful! Cuckoo looks perfect..and the form and coloring! Maybe show her at the fair? The pigeon looks particularly well fed (obese! lol) and eggs at 5 months? Lucky!! good pics.

These may be the most beautiful chickens I have ever seen!

I don't know about them being blue marans. The eggs aren't that dark. Is it possible they are Blue Iowas? I would like to get those. What was your hatchery?

Those are some beautiful birds! I am still getting over the city making me get rid of my small flock due to a neighbor complaint, so I have to enjoy vicariously! Thanks for posting those pics.
