My blue/splash Orpingtons

I can relate to that. My big black roo Diesel will pose all the time, but my splash roo, Geronimo, won't hold still for a second. I think I only have two good pics of him.

You do have gorgeous girls. You couldn't have picked a better breed to be hooked on.

Unless, of course, you fell for some BLRW.

Beautiful birds! I have a pullet that looks just like your multi splashed hen...can't wait to see her mature. I have a gorgeous pair of light blues that are my favorites. I just love Orps! And this morning, during chores, I found a buff Orp being broody....again! She hatched 3 batches of eggs for me this spring, and it took forever to convince her she needed a break. Now she's at it again.

I have to agree with Christina on the type on the BLue pullet. She is a looker.

Thanks so much for all the positive words

I really do love these girls and look forward to adding to and improving on them, they seem to get bigger and prettier every time I look at them. I will be getting eggs from a Super Lady very soon and once safe and sound in the bator I will share, don't want to jinx myself
