My Bob White quail laying eggs.

My Bob White quail are laying eggs I thought Bob Whites only layed eggs in the late spring and summer thats what the guy I know that has Bob White quail also says. But mine are laying in the beginning of winter thats odd. My coturnix quail lay eggs all year around though so it must be fine

Do you have a light on them? If you do then that would be the reason for them laying this time of year.

I have a special heat light for them and the other birds that are in my barn all night but. I turn on the regular light for them in the day because light doesn't go into the barn easy because the window busted and there is a piece of plywood over it. thanks.
