My bobwhite quail hatched 24hrs ago but only pooped once. How many times should it be doing droppings. He is a very active chick he runs around all over the brooder. Tks

Ok thanks so much! He looks quite happy so I guess and hope it's all good, now he is eating and drinking. There are two other chicks that hatched 6 hrs ago. I hope they'll copy him. Is the brooder temp at 34°c correct please? Tks

I would have a place that is 34C but also cooler space. Like most precocial hatchlings, they should have the ability to find their comfort zone.
