So my boyfriend and I decided to give one of our chickens to my grandma because she's been driving us crazy ever since we took my grandma's rooster back to her. Last night we took our chicken over to my grandma's house and then came home. After a while we decided that we felt bad for taking her over there, mainly because he made me feel like a horrible chicken mommy because, "she doesn't have any chicken friends over there."
So today we decided we were going to bring her back home. We went over to my grandma's to do some other things while my car was getting it's handle fixed and put her in her little box so we could bring her home with us. When we got to the car place, I got out and he said he'd keep her in his truck to go home. Keep in mind, she's in a little box.
When we get home I park my car, get out, and head towards his truck to get the chicken to take to the coop/run area. I open my door and this is what I see...
Now this is the same boyfriend that makes fun of me for talking to the chickens, giving them treats, and wanting to get chicken diapers for them. I'm pretty sure that if I decided to get the diapers (like I'm planning to) that he'll be taking them on more car rides than I will. Silly boys.
