My lovely Partridge Brahma Cockerel's feet are bleeding and both feet look tender down the outside edge. He leaves drops of blood on the ground when he stands still. He's perfectly healthy and well but I'd like to know what's causing this and can we do anything to stop it. He roams around the garden/soil/drive with his hens and crows happily. They've been like this on and off for a few weeks. The attached photo shows his feet once I've wiped away the excess blood. This is the first time I've posted anything here.

Those feathered feet need to stay in dry conditions, be free of mites, and roosts/nest boxes need to be kept clean. When my feather footed crew had issues is used athlete foot spray twice daily for 7 days and they recovered. I then moved them to a rain/water proof coop and changed to larger roosts 2x4 with flat side up.
