1,2,5,6, chicks i would guess are roo's because there dont have has many feathers as the other chicks, females will grow feathers faster then the boys......there really young so its hard to tell....very cute tho

Unless you see pink in their combs already, it's too early to tell. The slow-to-feather rule sometimes works, but I've had a couple pullets that were extremely slow to feather - much slower than their buddies and they ended up being females after all. Your 3 month old is a definitely a pullet.
