My broody chook what breed is it I got it from a hatchery

You might have to take a pic of the bird sideways as its very hard to tell from this point of view but it looks like a heavy breed to me but thats all i can tell from that pic. Shes lovely none the less though :)
 
thanks shes a bit broody at the mo so she's in a seperate cage to the other one

Tasmania (just guessing from your use of "chook" and some other words in your other posts)? Without knowing what breeds and hybrids they offer, it's difficult to guess as there are likely some there that are unfamiliar here.
