If it's a first time Mama, I'd give her a second chance but it the trait (killing hatchlings) continues, I would not allow breeding due to genetics. I wouldn't want that trait continuing in the offsprings. Either eat the eggs/her or rehome IF breeding is your goal.
 
It's always best to separate out a broody. Sometimes I just put a fence around them. Other birds will kill chicks, and possibly eat them. Other birds will also break and eat eggs. There's a reason when given a choice many hens will make a secret hidden nest away from the flock if possible.
